Mass transfer के बाद अब Bihar Govt. ने July 10 से एक नया online mutual transfer portal शुरू किया है- “e-Shikshak Kosh”.
How it works:
- Teachers can search others with same subject/district preferences
- Mutual groups up to 10 teachers allowed
- Transfer order 3 दिनों में और join करना होगा within 7 days

University Professors:
🧾 On 11 June 2025, ₹1,094.09 crore sanctioned for:
